“丝状斑迹”缺陷的成因 被引量:10

CAUSE OF "SILK-LIKE STREAK" DEFECTS ON THE SURFACE OF ZINC COATING PLATES

摘要 应用扫描电镜、电子探针微分析仪等设备对电镀锌钢板丝状斑迹缺陷形貌特征进行了分析测试研究。研究发现 ,镀锌板正常部位与缺陷部位表面差别很大 ,去除锌镀层后发现对应部位的显微织构也有明显的不同 ,缺陷部位铁 { 110 } <0 0 1>取向的晶粒沿轧向分布 ,与“丝状斑迹”缺陷分布一致 ,而正常部位铁 { 110 } <0 0 1>取向的晶粒分布无规则。提出“丝状斑迹”缺陷与钢板表面的高斯织构沿轧向排列有对应关系。 The cause of 'silk like streak' defects on the surface of zinc coating plates was studied by scanning electron microscopy and electron probe micro analyzer. By a comparative study, distinct differences of the surface appearances at the normal and defected areas were observed, and differences in microscopic textures on the corresponding positions of the steel plate after removing the coated zinc were also found. It was proved that at the defected area, the {110}<001> directed crystal grains were distributed along the rolling direction, which was coherent with the direction of the 'silk like streak' defects, while no such orientation of the distribution of crystal grains was observed at the normal area. It was proposed that the cause of the 'silk like streak' defects was related to the arrangement of Gauss texture on the surface of the steel plate along the rolling direction.
