摘要
介绍了测量不确定度的意义 ,对测量不确定度及误差等相关概念进行了分析讨论 ,对产生测量不确定度的主要因素。
It is in troduced in the papar the meaning of measursng the degree of unsurre. And the relerant concept of measursng the degree of unsure and error, and the certain factor of producting the degree of unsure have been analyzed and discussed. Basic evaluation methods, the count of composstion and expantion of measuring the degree of unsure are explained.
