摘要
目的分析综合护理对内镜下结直肠息肉切除患者术后康复的影响。方法将2018年5月至2020年5月在我院进行内镜下结直肠息肉切除的112例患者根据护理方式分为对照组(56例)和观察组(56例)。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取综合护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS以及PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组首次排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后肠胀气发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后3个月的复发率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。护理后,两组的SF-36各项评分较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对内镜下结直肠息肉切除患者术后康复的效果显著,能有效缓解患者的不良情绪,优化术后指标,提高睡眠质量、生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with endoscopic colorectal polypectomy.Methods A total of 112 patients who underwent endoscopic colorectal polypectomy in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were divided into control group(56 cases)and observation group(56 cases)by the nursing method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative flatulence was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate 3 months after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a significant effect on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with endoscopic colorectal polypectomy,which can effectively relieve patients'bad mood,optimize postoperative indexes,improve patients'sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
