摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定南瓜中吡虫啉等6种农药残留的分析方法。[方法]样品经粉碎匀浆,乙腈提取,经C18粉和PSA粉净化处理,取上清液待测。[结果]6种农药分离效果良好,平均回收率为82.7%~107.4%;RSD为1.0%~5.6%,决定系数均不小于0.9957。[结论]该方法可同时测定南瓜中吡虫啉等6种农药残留,具有操作简便、快捷、分析速度快、准确度高等优点。
[Objective]To establish a HPLC method for the determination of imidacloprid and other 6 pesticide residues in pumpkin.[Method]The samples were homogenized,extracted with acetonitrile,purified with C18 powder and PSA powder,and the supernatant was taken to be measured.[Result]The separation effect of six pesticides was good,with average recovery rates of 82.7%-107.4%.RSD was 1.0%-5.6%,and the determination coefficient was not less than 0.9957.[Conclusion]This method can simultaneously determine imidacloprid and other six pesticide residues in pumpkin,and has the advantages of simple operation,rapid analysis,fast analysis speed and high accuracy.
