摘要
工业企业实行数字化转型是落实力争2030年前实现碳达峰目标和2060年前实现碳中和愿景的必由途径。分析了企业在用能方面普遍存在的能耗设备配置不合理、跑冒滴漏严重、运营不优化等浪费“痼疾”问题,提出了企业克服以往能源管理的粗放状况,需进行数字化转型的有效解决方法,提出了企业解决数字化转型的采集、储存与治理、分析处理应用等方法,并基于近十年在国内能源领域进行数字化转型的探索和实践,进一步提出了针对主要负责人进行宣传教育、加大示范推广力度、强化考核、资金支持、打通政策壁垒等建议,以有效推进企业的数字化转型工作。
Industry enterprise realizes digital transfer is only way to realize carbon peak goal before 2030 and carbon neutrality vision before 2060.The author analyzes common existing problems for enterprise energy consumption,such as unreasonable energy facility configuration,serious leakage and not optimization operation etc.It puts forward overcoming extensive situation of energy management in the past,which needs effective solution for digital transfer.Collection,storage and management of digital transfer analyzes dealing methods based on domestic energy domain with digital transfer exploration and practice in 10 years.The author provides suggestions,such as promoting main person in charge of publicity and education,increasing demonstration and promotion strength,strengthening examination evaluation,giving financial support and opening up policy barriers,which promotes effective digital transfer task for enterprises.
