摘要
本文系统研究了以不同烷烃链长度的二元酸(丁二酸、己二酸、辛二酸、癸二酸)为扩链剂,丙烯酸为封端剂合成的改性环氧丙烯酸酯的各项性能。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对树脂进行了表征,测试了涂层的水接触角、吸水率、电化学阻抗、耐盐雾性等。结果表明:随着涂层中烷烃链含量的增加,涂层的水接触角增加,吸水率降低,涂层耐腐蚀性呈现了先增强后减弱的趋势,且涂层摆杆硬度和铅笔硬度下降,附着力和杯突性有所上升。
This paper systematically described the study on the properties of a series of modified epoxy acrylate resins which were extended by dibasic acid with different alkane chain lengths(succinic acid,adipic acid,suberic acid,sebacic acid)and terminated by acrylate acid.The properties of resin and coatings were characterized by FT-IR,^(1)H NMR,GPC,water contact angle,water absorption,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,salt spray test and common properties test.The results showed that with the increase of the alkane chain length,the water contact angle increased and water absorption decreased.The corrosion resistance increased at the beginning and then decreased,the pendulum and pencil hardness of coatings decreased,but the adhesion and the cupping resistance increased.
