摘要
露天煤矿破碎站移设是充分发挥破碎站及带式输送机经济价值的重要内容,以天池能源南露天煤矿一号破碎站为研究对象,通过设定约束条件,建立移设模型的方式,根据总运费最低原则,从经济角度确定出最佳移设步距;结合南露天煤矿倾斜巨厚煤层赋存特点,提出在矿坑空间受限的条件下破碎站以同水平、小步距进行移设的设计方案;并定量分析了移设方案的经济性和可行性,为倾斜巨厚煤层露天矿开展坑下原煤破碎站移设工程提供了科学的依据。
The research on the transfer of crushing station in open-pit coal mine is an important content to give full play to the economic value of crushing station and belt conveyor.Taking No.1 crushing station of Tianchi Energy South Open-pit Coal Mine as the research object,this article establishes the mode of transfer model by setting the constraint conditions,and determines the optimal transfer step distance from the economic point of view according to the principle of the lowest total freight.This article puts forward the design scheme of crushing station moving at the same level and small step distance under the condition of limited pit space,and quantitatively analyzes the economy and feasibility of the relocation scheme,which provides a scientific basis for carrying out the relocation project of raw coal crushing station under the pit in the open-pit mine with inclined thick coal seam.
