摘要
总结了河南龙宇煤化工有限公司两套20万t/a乙二醇装置的运行经验,分析了影响煤制乙二醇(SEG)产品品质的因素,发现碳酸乙烯酯和1,2-丁二醇对SEG产品纯度影响较大,而SEG产品中少量的醛、酮和酸类化合物是影响SEG产品的紫外透光率的关键因素,并提出了提高SEG产品品质的方法。
This paper summarizes the operation experience of two sets of 200kt/a ethylene glycol units in Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.Factors influencing the quality of coal to ethylene glycol(SEG)products are analyzed.It is found that ethylene carbonate and 1,2-butanediol have great influence on the purity of SEG products,whereas a small amount of aldehyde,ketone and acid compound in SEG products represents the key factors affecting the UV transmittance of SEG products.The methods to improve the quality of SEG products are also put forward.
