摘要
目的分析中药饮片质量的影响因素及质量控制对策。方法选取2017年5月至2018年11月我院收治的中药饮片治疗患者94例为研究对象,收集有关资料,分析引发此种问题的原因,继而深入分析研究对象和有关资料、总结各种影响因素,制定有效的管理方式。结果各种不良因素中占比由高到低是:炮制缺乏有效监督(占31.57%)>饮片质量标准缺失(占26.31%)>主观鉴别失误(占15.78%)>不同地区药物品种名称混淆(占10.52%)、内涵杂质及饮片混淆(占10.52%)>包装和储存管理(占比5.26%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中药饮片的质量影响因素较多,因此需选取有效方式进行控制,继而提升管理质量。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors and quality control strategies of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods A total of 94 patients with traditional Chinese medicine decoction treated in our hospital from May 2017 to November 2018 were selected as research subjects.Relevant data were collected to analyze the causes of such problems.Then,the research objects and related data were analyzed in depth,and various impacts were summarized.Factors to develop effective management methods.Results The proportions of various adverse factors from high to low are:lack of effective supervision of processing(accounting for 31.57%)>lack of quality standards for decoction pieces(accounting for 26.31%)>subjective identification errors(accounting for 15.78%)>confusion of drug product names in different regions(accounting for 10.52%),connotation impurities and confusion of decoction pieces(accounting for 10.52%)>packaging and storage management(accounting for 5.26%),the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors influencing the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Therefore,it is necessary to select effective methods for control,and then improve management quality.
