摘要
以某加注船对某超大型集装箱船加注LNG燃料为例,从安全角度,基于HAZID方法对其进行危险场景辨识、评估风险等级并制定相应的风险控制措施,分析认为,加注船和受注船发生碰撞、加注软管发生破裂、集装箱掉落等场景风险较大,应采取限定作业的环境条件、划分加注限制区域等措施控制风险。
Taking a bunkering ship to bunker LNG fuel for a super large container ship as an example,from the perspective of intrinsic safety,the dangerous scene identification,risk level assessment and corresponding risk control measures were carried out based on HAZID method.It could be concluded that the risk of low energy collision,broken filling hose and falling container between the bunkering vessel and the receiving ship is relatively high.So that measures should be taken to control the risks,such as defining the environmental conditions of the operation and dividing the restricted areas for bunkering and so on.
