摘要
足部核心系统由主动子系统、被动子系统和神经子系统构成,三者在结构与功能上相辅相成。其中,被动子系统提供解剖结构上的完整性,提供姿势稳定的结构基础;主动子系统的足部固有肌肉附着于足弓周围,提高被动子系统的稳定性,而足外部肌肉通过连接足与下肢其他关节的活动,帮助应对姿势挑战;神经子系统感受足底压力、触觉的变化,向中枢系统传递与人体姿势相关的时间与空间信息,帮助维持姿势的稳定性。现阶段研究表明,足部子系统相关的因素,包括足底触觉敏感性、足部姿势、足跖畸形、足跖力量、足内部肌肉力量,与足部核心稳定性密切相关,进一步影响人体在静态姿势与动态运动中的姿势稳定性。
Foot core system, which included active, passive and neural subsystem, plays an important role in stability of static and dynamic stability in human.Bones, ligaments and joint capsules in foot consists of the passive subsystem, which provides a structural basis for postural stability and helps to maintain the functional configuration of bony anatomy.The active subsystem was consisted of intrinsic muscles and extrinsic muscles.The intrinsic muscles play an active role in maintaining the stability of passive subsystem as local stabilizers, while the extrinsic muscles generate foot motion as global movers.In addition, the neural subsystem, which provides immediate sensory information and transmits temporal and spatial information to the central system.Therefore, proprioception, plantar tactile sensitivity, foot posture, plantar deformity, plantar strength, and intrinsic muscle strength which are important factors in foot core system have been shown to be associated with human postural stability.
