摘要
高校院系党组织以党的建设高质量推动院系发展高质量,是全面落实新时代党的建设总要求的重要内容。高校院系党组织以党建促发展方面仍存在党建质量不高、定位不够精准、组织作用发挥不够充分和工作机制不够健全等问题,为此,要通过强化“双力”驱动、强化精准定位、强化作用发挥和强化制度保障来实现以党建促发展、以发展强党建的良性发展。
The Party organizations of schools and departments in colleges and universities promoting its high quality development by Party construction is an important content of the comprehensive implementation of the general requirements of the Party construction in the new era.Presently,the promotion of the development by the Party construction in schools and departments is still problematic:low in quality,inaccurate in orientation,insufficient in playing its organizational role,and imperfect in its working mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the“double force”drive,the precise orientation,the role-playing and the institutional guarantee to realize the sound development by promoting the Party construction,and vice versa.
