摘要
结合当前养老建筑存在的自然景观配置不足、空间模式化且适老设施建设滞后等问题,在积极老龄化的政策背景下,提出了建设自然友好的亲生物型养老建筑的概念。根据亲生物活动对老年人的生理、心理与社会方面的积极效应,归纳了养老建筑空间中亲生物设计要素,结合相关案例重点研究了未来养老建筑空间设计的方法与策略。建议在养老建筑设计中,通过嵌入亲生物景观与微农业改造、打造贴近自然的室内空间设计以及结合适老设施与亲生物改造等设计策略,打造自然友好的亲生物型养老建筑,以推动积极老龄化建设,提升老年人生活质量。
This paper addresses the problems of insufficient natural landscape,monotonic space style and inadequate construction of facilities for the elderly in the current pension buildings,and under the policy background of the active aging,proposes the concept of building a natural and friendly biological pension building.Based on the positive effects of the pro biological activities on the physical,psychological and social aspects of the elderly,this paper reviews the pro biological design elements in the space of pension buildings,focusing on the methods and the strategies of the future pension building space design,along with related cases.It is suggested that we should build natural and friendly old-age care buildings by embedding the biological landscape and the micro agricultural transformation,to create a nature interior space,with facilities for the elderly and to improve the quality of life for the elderly.
