摘要
产业结构对区域经济发展的速度、质量和可持续性具有重要影响。改革开放后,新疆产业结构经历了重大和复杂的调整过程,虽然目前呈现较为合理的"三二一"式产业结构,但无论是三次产业总体结构,还是三次产业内部结构,均仍存在一些问题。基于此,本文对新疆产业结构的现状、存在的问题和优化路径进行了深入研究;同时,从金融视角切入,对金融支持新疆产业发展的情况进行分析,并提出金融促进产业结构优化的政策建议。
Industrial structure has an important impact on the speed,quality and sustainability of regional economic development.After the reform and opening up,Xinjiang’s industrial structure has experienced significant and complex adjustment.Although the industrial structure of"three two one"is relatively reasonable,there are still some problems in the overall and the internal structure of the three industries.Based on this,this paper makes an in-depth study on the current situation,existing problems and optimization path of Xinjiang’s industrial structure.At the same time,from the perspective of finance,this paper analyzes the situation of financial support for Xinjiang’s industrial development,and puts forward policy suggestions for financial promotion of industrial structure optimization.
