摘要
在新时代背景下,高质量课程体系建设就是要在牢牢把握社会主义办学方向的基础上,扎根中国大地,建设以人民为中心的课程体系,落实立德树人根本任务,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,办好人民满意的教育。其目标是解决学校课程建设中存在的不平衡、不充分发展问题,致力缩小差别、打破割裂、消除狭隘以及除旧布新,构建更加公平、更加协调、更加包容、更富创新力的新时代课程体系。为此,高质量课程体系建设应以服务国家重大战略需求为导向,以培育学生核心素养为立足点,以数字化课程建设为突破口,以信息化课堂为支撑以及以教师课程能力建设为着力点,以保证顺利实施以及落地。
Under the background of the new era,the construction of high-quality curriculum system should be soundly based on the socialist educational philosophy and be strongly grounded in the practical situations in China.The purposes are to establish a people centered curriculum system,to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,kitellect,physique,aesthetics and labor,and to provide the education services that satisfy the people.It aims at solving the problem the unbalanced and insufficient development in school curriculum construction,narrowing the gap and eliminating the spUt and narrowmindedness for initiating new ways,and finally establishing a more equitable,harmonious,inclusive and initiative curriculum system in the new era.Therefore,we should serve national strategic demands,develop students’core competencies,employ digital teaching methods,adopt data driven instruction,and strengthen teachers’curriculum capacity,so as to smoothly realize the construction of high-quality curriculum system.
