摘要
目的:探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合卡维地洛在老年慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中的效果及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月-2020年1月本院100例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料,按照患者治疗药物的不同,分为观察组和对照组,每组均为50例。两组患者均给予常规的药物治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予卡维地洛治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片,两组均连续治疗4个月。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后的心功能水平及血清学指标、治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD、GDF-15、sICAM-1、sST2、GaL-3比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD、GDF-15、sICAM-1、sST2、GaL-3均优于对照组(P<0.05)。在治疗期间,两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于老年慢性心力衰竭患者,给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合卡维地洛治疗的效果较好,可有效改善患者的心功能水平及血清学指标,且安全性较好,临床应用的价值较高。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Salkubatril Valsartan Sodium Tablets combined with Carvedilol in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Method:The clinical data of 100 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment drugs,with 50 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given conventional drug treatment,on this basis,the control group was given Carvedilol treatment,the observation group was added with Salkubatril Valsartan Sodium Tablets on the basis of the control group,both groups were continuously treated for 4 months.The treatment effect,heart function level and serological indexes before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD,GDF-15,sICAM-1,sST2 and GaL-3 before treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment,the LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD,GDF-15,sICAM-1,sST2 and GaL-3 in the observation group were batter than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the elderly patients with chronic heart failure,the effect of combined treatment of Salkubatril Valsartan Sodium Tablets combined with Carvedilol is better,which can effectively improve the level of cardiac function and serological indexes of patients,and has good safety and high value of clinical application.
