摘要
目的对全国6所三甲精神专科医院微信公众号的健康科普传播现状进行调查与分析,为公众号更精准开展健康科普传播、提高传播效果提供参考与建议。方法采用内容分析的方法,记录2019年10月—2020年9月各医院官方微信公众号发布文章的时间、题目、内容类别、健康科普形式、疾病种类与具体内容进行分类统计分析。结果6所医院共发布的1909篇文章中,健康科普类发布数量最多占44.3%,平均阅读量2268位列第四,没有阅读量10万+以上文章,心理健康、抑郁症、睡眠障碍、精神分裂症等为其主要的科普内容,阅读量前五名的文章有3篇为漫画,漫画的平均阅读量最高,与精神心理疾病无关的科普平均阅读量最低。结论精神专科医院微信公众号健康科普传播应加强内容建设、注重质的提升,关注重点疾病、进行精准传播,多利用漫画形式,聚焦本专业特色,以此提高传播效果,扩大影响力。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of health science popularization on WeChat official accounts of 6 general psychiatric hospitals in China so as to provide reference and suggestions for accurate and effective health popularization using WeChat official accounts.Methods Content analysis method was used to record the time, title, content category, form of health science popularization, disease type and specific content of the articles published on the official WeChat official account of each hospital from October 2019 to September 2020 for classified statistical analysis.Results In 1 909 texts published on WeChat by the six hospitals, those on health care popularization were ranked on the top in number, accounting for 44.3 percent, and the average reading was 2 268, ranked the fourth. No text was read at more than 100 000 reading. The major contents of the text covered mental health, depression, sleep disorders, and schizophrenia. Three of the top five most-read articles were about comics, which had the highest average reading, and the texts unrelated to mental illness had the smallest average reading.Conclusion The WeChat official accounts of psychiatric hospitals should be promoted by bettering the contents, improving their quality focusing on key diseases carrying out precision communication, more frequently using comics, concentrating on professional features, so as to improve the popularization effect and expand the influence.
