摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环法在新冠疫情期间医院门诊预检分诊防控管理中的应用效果,以不断持续优化、改进完善门诊预检分诊防控管理工作。方法运用PDCA循环法制定医院门诊预检分诊防控措施,通过运行、实际督导、调查发现实际问题,不断改进、循环,完善防控措施。结果实施PDCA循环法后,医院门诊预检分诊医护人员防控知识知晓率、流程熟练度有了明显提高,分诊实际运行工作较以前有了很大改善。结论PDCA循环法可以提升门诊预检分诊防控管理水平,并可推广应用于全院疫情防控管理工作中。
Objective To explore the application effect of the PDCA cycle in the prevention and control management of outpatient triage during the pandemic of COVID-19 so as to continuously optimize the prevention and control management of outpatient triage.Methods The PDCA cycle was applied to develop prevention and control measures for outpatient triage of our hospital. Problems were found through use of measures, practical supervision and investigation, and then solved, improved round after round so that the measures were constantly improved.Results After the implementation of the PDCA cycle, the awareness rate of prevention and control knowledge and process proficiency of the medical staff in the outpatient triage in our hospital were significantly improved, and so it was with the actual operation of triage.Conclusion The PDCA cycle can improve the prevention and control management of outpatient triage and can be also used to the pandemic prevention and control management in our hospital.
