摘要
探究基于心流理论的移动电商App体验设计方法。以心流的三个阶段的核心特征作为理论依据,构建移动电商App设计的心流体验机制;结合研究分析用户的购物行为、目标期望和需求,提出具体的带来优质体验的设计方法。心流理论能够有效的提高移动电商App的用户体验,提升产品的易用性、忠诚度和商业价值。
Explore the mobile e-commerce App experience design method based on the flow theory.Using the core characteristics of the three stages of flow as a theoretical basis,construct the flow experience mechanism of mobile e-commerce App design;combine research and analysis of users'shopping behavior,target expectations and needs,and propose specific design methods that bring high-quality experience.Flow theory can effectively improve the user experience of mobile e-commerce apps,and enhance the ease of use,loyalty and commercial value of products.
