摘要
面对国家日益提高的环保标准和要求,针对铜冶炼行业客观存在的环境风险,通过建立环境预警系统,将污染源监测、风险源(点)监控、关键生产与环保岗位操作与管理等,构成相互关联的数据库与报警系统,实行环境风险防范过程化和智能化。
In the face of the state's increasingly improved environmental protection standards and requirements,aiming at the objective environmental risk of copper smelting industry,this paper expounds the establishment of an environmental early-warning system,which incorporates pollution source monitoring,risk source(point)monitoring,key post operation and other data into a database and constitutes an interrelated database and alarm system so as to enable the environmental risk prevention to be procedural and intelligent.
