轴承式减速器的设计与研究

摘要 从结构分析和设计理论上对轴承式滚压减速器的实现进行了研究和探讨。轴承式滚压减速器是根据行星齿轮传动的工作原理,运用“活齿”减速器理论,综合摆线针轮行星传动和凸轮机构的工作规律,采用轴承式结构设计的一种新型的减速器。该减速器除具有活齿减速器的优点外,还大大提高了传递功率和运动的稳定性,产品生产容易实现标准化、系列化。 The reducer of bearing and rolling-pressing type is an new type which is designed according to the working principle of planetary gear drive, using 'live gears' reducer theory, synthesizing working rules of cycloid and pin gears planetary drive and cam mechanism, adopting bearing mechanism. Besides possessing advantages of 'live gears' , the reducer greatly increases transfer power and stability of movement. It is easy to realize standardization and systematization of products. The study and discussion is made to the realization of reducer of bearing and rolling-pressing type from mechanism analysis and design theory in this paper.
