摘要
芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)因生长快、表面积大、抗逆性强等优点在重金属污染土壤修复方面表现出了广阔的应用前景。对近年来报道的具有重金属污染土壤修复功能的芽孢杆菌种类进行了总结,梳理了其作用机制,并对其处理重金属污染的分子生物学机理进行了分析归纳,结果显示,已有20种以上芽孢杆菌表现出了重金属污染土壤修复功能,主要修复机制有生物溶解与沉淀、生物吸附与富集以及生物转化作用3种。最后对芽孢杆菌修复重金属污染土壤的前景进行了展望,以期为后续研究提供思路与参考。
Bacillus has broad application prospects in remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil due to its fast growth,large surface area and strong stress resistance.In this paper,the species of Bacillus with function of heavy metal contaminated soil remediation in recent years were summarized,and the mechanisms were summarized.The molecular mechanism of heavy metal contaminated soil remediation was also analyzed and summarized.Results showed that more than 20 species of Bacillus showed function of heavy metal contaminated soil remediation,and the main remediation mechanisms were biological dissolution and precipitation,biosorption and enrichment and biotransformation.Finally,the prospect of heavy metal contaminated soil remediation by Bacillus was provided,so as to provide new study idea for the further study of heavy metal contaminated soil remediation.
