摘要
机电系统是装配式建筑的重要组成部分,通过归纳总结多个装配式建筑项目的机电设计要点,最终形成一套标准化机电设计体系,通过将机电管线与主体结构分离,采用模块化机电部品,在设计阶段对预留孔洞、预埋套管进行精准定位等措施,解决机电管线集成化设计、预留预埋、安装施工等系列问题。工厂预制、现场拼接可大幅度减少人工投入,降低投资成本,有效缩短施工周期。
The electromechanical system is an important part of the prefabricated building, by summarizing the main points of electromechanical design of multiple prefabricated construction projects, a set of standardized electromechanical design system is finally formed. Separating the electromechanical pipelines from the main structure, adopting modular electromechanical parts, and accurately positioning the reserved holes and pre-embedded casing pipe in the design stage, which solve a series of problems such as integrated design of electromechanical pipelines, reserved pre-buried, installation and construction. Factory prefabrication and on-site splicing can greatly reduce labor input, reduce cost of investment, and effectively shorten the construction period.
