摘要
本试验以‘白莎密’薄皮甜瓜为试验材料,设不施肥处理CK,指数施肥E2、E4、E6、E8、E10和平均施肥C2、C4、C6、C8共10个处理,研究指数施肥对设施甜瓜的运行规律及最佳氮肥施用量。结果表明:两种施肥方式下,株高、茎粗、叶绿素含量及品质指标均随施氮量的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势。株高在50 d出现最大值E4(180.83 cm)、C6(225.56 cm);茎粗在60 d出现最大E4(7.85 mm)、C6(8.55 mm),株高和茎粗平均施肥各处理均与CK呈极显著差异;叶绿素a和b含量最高为E6和C6处理;产量E6较CK增产12.8%,C6较CK增产13.4%;指数施肥果实品质E8最大,其次为E6、E4,E8处理各指标除边糖外均与CK及指数施肥其他处理差异显著,平均施肥可溶性固形物和可溶性糖均表现为C4>C8>C6,而可滴定和可溶性蛋白含量C6处理最高。结论:指数施肥E6(6 g/株)、平均施肥C6(6 g/株)处理效果最佳。
In this experiment,‘BAI SHA MI’melon was used as the test material.10 treatments were set up,including no fertilization treatment CK,exponential fertilization(E2,E4,E6,E8,E10)and average fertilization(C2,C4,C6,C8)were set,to study the operation law and the optimal nitrogen fertilizer application rate of exponential fertilization on muskmelon in the facility.The results showed that the plant height,stem thickness,chlorophyll content and various quality indicators were firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate under the two fertilization methods.Plant height appeared at the maximum E4(180.83 cm)C6(225.56 cm)at 50 days;the stem diameter appeared at the maximum E4(7.85 mm)C6(8.55 mm)at 60 days.The plant height and stem diameter of mean fertilization were extremely significant with CK.the highest chlorophyll a and b contents were E6 and C6 treatments;The yield of,E6 and C6 increased by 12.8%and 13.4%compared with CK;the fruit quality of E8 under exponential fertilization was the highest value in E8 treatment,followed by E6 and E4,all exponential of E8 treatment were significantly different from CK and other treatments of exponential fertilization except for side sugar,,and the soluble solid and soluble sugar of mean fertilization were C4>C8>C6,while the titratable and soluble protein content C6 was the highest.Conclusion:Exponential fertilization E6(6 g/plant)and average fertilization C6(6 g/plant)were the best treatments.
