摘要
后疫情时期"留学教育"趋向理性,广大群众对在国内接受国际化教育的需求与日俱增,这为推动我国高校教育国际化内涵式发展带来了难得机遇。从后疫情时代背景下高等教育国际化的现状和挑战出发,立足"以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进"的新发展格局,结合在地国际化教育理论的应用,提出高校在服务体系、队伍体系、育人模式和人文素养教育与国际化融合等四大方面的对策,推动高校教育国际化的提质增效,进而更好地增强我国高等教育参与国际竞争的实力,持续助力高等教育强国建设。
In the post-epidemic period,"overseas education"tends to be rational, and the general public’s demand for receiving international education in China is growing rapidly. It is a rare opportunity to promote the connotative development of the internationalization of China’s higher education. From the point of view of current situation and challenges of the internationalization of higher education under the background of the post-epidemic era, this article is based on the establishment of a"dual circulation"development pattern in which domestic economic cycle plays a leading role while international economic cycle remains its extension and supplement,combined with the application of"Internationalization at Home"theory. It proposes four major countermeasures in terms of service system, team system, education model, and integration of humanistic education and internationalization. And it promotes the quality and efficiency of the internationalization of higher education so as to strongly enhance the ability of China participating in international competition while continuing to construct a nation of powerful higher education.
