聚合物表面处理对蚕丝织物喷墨印花的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Polymer Surface Treatment on Inkjet Printing of Silk Fabric

摘要 针对蚕丝织物活性染料喷墨印花颜色深度低、渗化严重等问题,采用不同类型表面处理剂对蚕丝进行表面处理,且分析处理剂类型及黏度对蚕丝织物活性染料喷墨印花性能的影响。结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺聚合物处理剂的离子度及黏度是影响喷墨印花颜色效果的重要因素;与经海藻酸钠处理后的蚕丝织物相比,35%离子度阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺处理后织物的表观得色深度提高了32.9%,并且喷墨印花图像更加鲜艳、清晰,且对色牢度及白度影响较小,更适合作为蚕丝织物活性染料喷墨印花处理剂。 In view of the problem of low color depth and serious infiltration of inkjet printing of reactive dyes on silk fabrics,different types of surface treatment agents were selected for surface treatment of silk.In addition,the effect of the type and viscosity of the treatment agent on the performance of reactive dye inkjet printing of silk fabric were analyzed.The results show that the ionicity and viscosity of polymer treatment agent are important factors affecting the color effect of inkjet printing,and the anionic polyacrylamide with higher ionicity is more suitable for the surface treatment of silk fabrics.Compared with the silk fabrics treated with sodium alginate,the apparent color depth of fabric treated with the higher anionic polyacrylamide ionicity is increased by 32.9%,and the scanned image of inkjet printed silk fabric is more vivid and clear.In addition,there is less effect on fastness and whiteness.
