摘要
近年来,内蒙古自治区把提高质量作为高等教育发展的重要着力点,坚持走内涵式发展、特色式发展道路,全力实施"质量工程"。但由于经济基础相对薄弱,在发展过程中也受到了教学经费投入不充分、人才资源流失、教育理念陈旧等因素制约。新时代下内蒙古的民族高等教育要以"质量"与"特色"相互融合,在保证教学质量的实效性的基础上突出地区特色和民族特色办学理念。内蒙古民族高等教育质量管理必须以民族文化发展为基础,信息化发展为具体措施,实现高质量发展管理的社会责任和担当。
In recent years,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has taken the improvement of quality as an important focal point for the development of higher education.To achieve this,Due to the relatively weak economic foundation,in the process of development,there are also insufficient investment in teaching funds,the loss of human resources,outdated educational concepts and other constraints.On the basis of ensuring the effectiveness of teaching quality and integration of"quality"and"characteristics",ethnic higher education in Inner Mongolia should highlight the regional characteristics and ethnic characteristics in the new period.The quality management of Inner Mongolia ethnic higher education must be based on the development of ethnic culture,using informationize development as a concrete measure,to achieve the social responsibility of high quality development management.
