摘要 为节省袋式除尘器脉冲喷吹控制系统设备投资费用和工程施工费用,对相比单个控制方式有较大幅度设备节省率的矩阵控制方式进行改进,将设备组合控制方式应用于袋式除尘器脉冲喷吹控制系统,相比最优行列配置的矩阵控制方式设备节省率也达到65.38%以上,且控制速度完全满足要求。设备组合控制方式优于矩阵控制方式,该优化改进设备投资少,实施简单,效果明显,达到了节省设备投资费用和工程施工费用目的。 In order to save the equipment investment cost and project construction cost of the bag sprayer pulse cleaning control system,the equipment combination control method is used to improve the original matrix control method.After the equipment combination control method being applied to the pulse cleaning control system of the bag filter,the equipment saving rate can be more than 65.38%compared with the matrix control method,the optimal row and the column configuration.The control speed meets the requirements.The equipment combination control method is better than the matrix control method.The optimized and improved equipment has less investment,simple implementation and obvious effects.It achieves the purpose of saving equipment investment costs and engineering construction costs.
