摘要
机车长时间断电静置易导致空气分配阀容积室泄漏,进而造成机车制动缸压力自然缓解。文章分析了机车制动缸压力控制原理及自然缓解原因,并通过加装限压阀优化了制动机的设计。试验表明,该改进设计能保证机车在长时间断电静置时制动缸压力不缓解。
When the locomotive is turned off for a long time,it is easy to cause the leakage of air distributing valve volume chamber and the unintended release of locomotive brake cylinder pressure.This paper analyzes the principle of brake cylinder pressure control and the reason of unintended release,and optimizes the design of brake by adding pressure limiting valve.The experimental results show that the improved design can ensure that the static brake cylinder pressure does not relieve when the locomotive is turned off for a long time.
