摘要
目的:儿童中成药市场发展较慢,建立以儿童中成药为主的综合评价体系显得尤为重要。方法:采用层次分析法从药物有效性、安全性、依从性及经济性4个方面对《国家基本药物目录》(2018版)中6个儿科常用感冒中成药进行优化选择,从而为儿童合理使用感冒中成药提供依据。结果:小儿热速清口服液(颗粒)为风热感冒的推荐药物,正柴胡饮颗粒为风寒感冒的推荐药物,建议增补治疗风寒感冒的药物以备患儿选择。牛黄清感胶囊不建议用于儿童感冒患者,若需使用,必须权衡利弊。结论:儿科专用中成药市场需求大,药师应运用专业知识为临床医师及药事管理部门提供参考意见,保障儿童用药的合理性。
Objective:The development of pediatric Chinese patent medicine market is relatively slow,and it is particularly important to establish the comprehensive evaluation system based on pediatric Chinese patent medicine.Methods:Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to optimize the selection of six commonly used Chinese patent medicine for cold in pediatrics from the National Essential Drug List(2018 edition)in four aspects:drug effectiveness,safety,compliance and economy,so as to provide basis for the rational use of Chinese patent medicine for children with cold.Results:Pediatric Reshuqing oral liquid(granule)was the recommended medicine for wind-heat type cold,Zhengchaihuyin granule was the recommended medicine for wind-cold type cold.It was recommended to add medicines for wind-cold type cold.Niuhuang Qinggan capsule was not recommended for children with cold.If it was needed,the advantages and disadvantages must be weighed.Conclusion:There is a large market demand for pediatric Chinese patent medicine,pharmacists should provide reference for clinicians and pharmaceutical administration departments with professional knowledge to ensure the rationality of drug use for children.
