摘要
矿井目前人工配合泥浆泵清理固定水仓效率低,人工清理水仓过程中容易造成淤泥滑坡事故。利用废旧巷道设计了一套二级沉淀装置,经过沉淀池过滤后,矿井水进入过渡仓,在过渡仓内将煤泥进行再一次分离,可减少水仓清理工作。根据现有清淤机器人的设计经验,设计了一套井下智能清仓机器人,可以实现操作人员在仓外进行清理工作,降低清淤难度和劳动强度。
At persent in coal mine the efficiency of cleaning the fixed water sump by personnel and mud pump is low, it is easy to cause mud landslide accident in the process of personnel cleaning water sump. A set of two-stage filtration device was designed by using waste roadway. After filtration in the sedimentation tank, the mine water enters into the transition sump, in which the slime is further separated, so as to reduce the cleaning work of the water sump. According to the design experience of the existing dredging robot, a set of underground intelligent cleaning robot was designed. It can realize the cleaning outside the warehouse by the operators, and reduce the difficulty and labor intensity of dredging.
