带式输送机液黏耦合器的瞬态流场分析与结构优化 被引量:1

摘要 为降低带式输送机液黏耦合器的空化效应,建立气液耦合CFD模型,对内部瞬态流场进行分析与优化。采用VOF模型和Level Set模型匹配的方式实现气相、液相以及交界面的模拟,在SST、 IDDES、SBES和DLES等尺度模型下校验Singhal空化模型的计算精度,得出气泡演变特性、轴向空化特性和流场速度的变化规律。基于DOE方法建立涡轮叶片的优化数学模型,在确保流场压力峰值的前提下,最大限度地减小气泡体积。结果表明,优化后流场压力峰值提升了22.6%,对应的气泡体积降低了29.6%,优化效果显著。 In order to reduce the cavitation effect of hydro viscous coupler for belt conveyor, the CFD model of gas-liquid coupling was established, and the internal transient flow field was analyzed and optimized. The VOF model and Level Set model were used to simulate gas phase, liquid phase and interface. The accuracy of Singhal cavitation model was verified under SST, IDDES, SBES and DELES scale models. Bubble evolution characteristics, axial cavitation characteristics and flow velocity variation rules were obtained. The optimization mathematical model of turbine blade was established based on DOE method. The bubble volume was minimized on the premise of ensuring the peak pressure in the flow field. The results show that the peak pressure increases by 22.6%, and the corresponding bubble volume decreases by 29.6%. The optimization effect is remarkable.
