摘要 单体液压支柱在使用过程中出现泄漏或支撑力不足而导致事故发生,设置低压报警装置实时监测单体液压支柱的压力变化,及时报警补液提高井下安全;高压报警一旦出现多个支护高负荷将提醒地压变化进行安全预警。设计的高低压报警装置安放在顶盖与柱头间的密闭空间内,利用压力变化使弹簧形变触发电子开关,实现低压、高压一体的触发开关,从而使得报警器发出声、光信号,警示压力过低或过高。 In the process of using single hydraulic prop, the leakage or insufficient support force will lead to accidents. The low pressure alarm device will be set to monitor the pressure change of single hydraulic prop in real time to alarm and replenish fluid in time to improve underground safety. Once there are multiple supports with high load in high pressure alarm, the ground pressure change will be reminded for safety warning. The designed high and low pressure alarm device is placed in the closed space between the top cover and the column head, uses the change of pressure to make the spring deform to trigger the electronic switch, realize the trigger switch of low and high pressure, so that the alarm sends out sound and light signals to warn that the pressure is too low or too high.
