摘要
近几年,随着PVC、TPO等高分子防水材料的引进及研发,国内单层屋面防水系统有了很大的发展。但是,在单层屋面系统出现渗漏现象时,传统的目测和钩针检查查找破坏点和虚焊点存在很大的难度,通过在常规的防水卷材与保温层之间增设智能检测层,借助智能检测的科学手段,可解决此技术难题。在此,以宁波亚洲浆纸业有限公司屋面维修工程为例,从设计、材料、施工、检测等方面介绍了智能单层屋面系统的应用技术。
In recent years,with the introduction and development of PVC,TPO and other polymer waterproofing materials,single-layer roof waterproofing system has developed a lot in China.However,in the case of leakage in the single-layer roof system,the traditional visual inspection and crochet inspection are very difficult to find the damage points and faulty welding points.This technical problem can be solved with the help of scientific intelligent detection means by adding an intelligent detection layer between the conventional waterproofing membrane and the thermal insulation layer.Taking the roof maintenance project of Ningbo Asian Pulp and Paper Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper introduces the application technology of intelligent single-layer roof system from the aspects of design,material,construction and detection etc.
