摘要
翻转课堂是一种将知识传授和知识内化颠倒安排的新型教学模式,其优势在于改善学生绩效、发展学生技能和提高学习动机等方面。翻转课堂2.0概念诞生,更加强调学生学习内部动机的重要性。在自决理论作为理论框架下,对学生开展多轮关于翻转课堂实践教学行动研究,探索翻转课堂的实施对于学生实践教学内部动机的影响,并结合前测结果在数据分析阶段将学生划分为三个层次,探索翻转课堂对不同水平学生的影响程度。数据分析表明,翻转课堂有助于改善学生实践课程学习内部动机,即能够让学生获得更多的能力、自主权和归属感,是一种更为长久的提升学生学习兴趣的教学模式。此外,传统教学表现不佳的学生获得的改善最为显著。
Flipped classroom is a new teaching model that reverses the arrangement of knowledge transfer and internalization of knowledge. Its advantage lies in improving student performance, developing student skills and improving learning motivation. The concept of Flip Classroom 2.0 was born, emphasizing the importance of students’intrinsic motivation for learning. With the self-determination theory as the theoretical framework, several rounds of practical course learning action research on flipped classroom, to explore the impact of the implementation of flipped classrooms on the intrinsic motivation of students’practical course learning, and combined with the results of pre-tests to divide students’into three in the data analysis stage Levels to explore the impact of flipped classrooms on students’of different levels. Data analysis shows that flipped the classroom helps to improve students’internal motivation for practical course learning, that is, to enable students’to acquire more abilities, autonomy, and sense of belonging. It is a more long-term teaching model to enhance students’ interest in learning. In addition, students’who performed poorly in traditional teaching achieved the most significant improvement.
