摘要
目的探讨实施多维度训练干预对精神发育迟滞患儿良性行为建立的效果。方法以便利抽样法,选择2017年1-6月在上海市民政第三精神卫生中心住院的精神发育迟滞患儿30例,给予良性行为训练、负性情绪疏导、亲情角色互动及正性强化的多维度训练干预,干预6个月。采用儿童行为量表在入组时、干预第2、4、6个月进行行为评定,比较不同时间点、性别、年龄患儿的良性行为。结果不同年龄、性别患儿4个时间点的儿童行为量表总分组内比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);而4个时间点的儿童行为量表总分组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄、性别患儿不良行为发生情况的比较中,6~11岁男性患儿以多动的发生下降为主(P<0.05),6~11岁女性患儿以社交退缩、攻击性、残忍的发生下降为主(P<0.05),12~17岁男性患儿以交往不良、不成熟、强迫性、敌意性、违纪、攻击、多动的发生下降为主(P<0.05),12~17岁女性患儿以不成熟、违纪、攻击、残忍的发生下降为主(P<0.05)。结论多维度训练干预能有效纠正精神发育迟滞患儿的不良行为,改善患儿的不良心境,提高患儿参与活动的依从性,干预效果在大龄患儿中更为突出。
Objective To explore the effect of the multi-dimensional intervention on the development of benign behaviors in children with mental retardation.Methods A total of 30 children with mental retardation admitted to the Third Mental Health Center of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau from January to June 2017 were selected by convenience sampling and given multi-dimensional intervention,including benign behavior trai-ning,negative emotional management,family role interaction and positive reinforcement for 6 months.Their behaviors were assessed at enrollment and at the 2nd,4th,and 6th months of intervention using a Child Behavior Checklist to compare their benign behaviors at different time points,genders,and ages.Results There were significant differences between the groups in the total scores of Child Behavior Checklist at 4 time points among children of different ages and genders(P<0.001);however,there was no significant difference between the groups in the total scores of Child Behavior Checklist at 4 time points(P>0.05).In the comparison of the incidence of bad behaviors among children of different ages and genders,the incidence of hyperactivity decreased mainly in male children aged 6~11(P<0.05),the incidence of social withdrawal,aggression,and cruelty decreased mainly in female children aged 6~11(P<0.05),the incidence of poor communication,immaturity,compulsivity,hostility,discipline violation,aggression,and hyperactivity decreased mainly in male children aged 12~17(P<0.05),and the incidence of immaturity,discipline violation,aggression,and cruelty decreased mainly in female children aged 12~17(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional intervention can effectively correct the bad behaviors of children with mental retardation,improve their poor mental status,and increase their compliance with activity participation.The intervention is more effective in older children.
