摘要
目的利用语音机器人实现对出院患者随访的自动化执行,将随访护士从传统的电话随访工作中解放出来,提高工作效率。方法构建语音机器人系统,通过与现有随访业务系统对接,获取出院随访表单,根据业务规则进行自动拨号、语音交互,并将患者的反馈转换为文字回传到业务系统中。结果2020年1月—6月,语音机器人共接收随访任务2284份,完成任务1884份,总完成率达到82.49%。结论语音机器人应用到出院随访业务中,可有效减少随访护士的工作量,提高随访的工作效率。
Objective To realize the automatic execution of discharge follow-up by speech robot to liberate the manual operation of follow-up nurses,and improve the work efficiency.Methods The speech robot system constructed could obtain discharge follow-up forms from the discharge follow-up business system.According to the business rules,automatic dialing and voice interaction were carried out.Then,the patients'speech feedback were converted into text and sent back to the business system.Results In the first half of 2020,the voice robot received 2284 follow-up tasks and completed 1884 tasks,with a total completion rate of 82.49%.Conclusion The speech robot can effectively reduce the workload of follow-up nurses and improve the work efficiency of follow-up.
