摘要
目的研究重庆市智慧医院建设情况和评审办法。方法根据重庆市智慧医院评审标准,解读智慧医院建设要求和评审流程,总结已评定智慧医院的典型案例经验。结果构建了重庆市智慧医院建设总体框架和主要建设内容。在已评定的44所智慧医院中,以三级甲等医院为主,综合性医院比专科型医院信息化水平更高,且医院信息化建设的地域发展不平衡。结论智慧医院评审促进了医院对信息化的重视程度,整体提升了重庆市医院信息化建设水平,大大增强了人民群众就医获得感。同时,从总体规划、因地制宜、持续优化等方面给出智慧医院建设意见。
Objective Study the construction and assessment method of Chongqing Smart Hospital.Methods Based on the standard of smart hospital assessment standard,this article demonstrated the requirements and assessment procedure,and summarized the experience of smart hospital assessment.Results The overall framework of Chongqing's smart hospital was constructed,as well as the main construction contents.Among the 44 smart hospitals that have been assessed,the top three hospitals took up majority.The general hospitals have higher information level than the specialized hospitals,and the regional development of hospital information was unbalanced.Conclusion Smart hospital assessment increased hospitals'attention on medical information,improved the overall information construction level,and greatly enhanced people's sense of access to medical treatment.Meantime,the overall planning,adapting to local conditions,continuous optimization and the related construction suggestions were put forward.
