摘要
目的建立一个“规则-术语-种类-词库-实施监督”架构的卫生健康技术命名系统,逐步实现卫生健康技术命名规范化管理,为推广应用奠定基础。方法分析国内外卫生健康技术命名现状,发现技术命名存在的问题,探索规范的命名方法与体系。结果提出卫生健康技术中医学范畴、作用对象、作用范围和人体系统、技术媒介、作用目的、技术形态6大命名要素,对其进行排列组合,形成卫生健康技术6要素命名结构体系。结论研究归纳规范化命名成果,可在实现卫生健康技术规范化命名,强化技术的精准识别、正确使用、监督管理等方面发挥作用。
Objective To establish a health technology naming system with a structure of"rules-termstypes-thesaurus-implementation and supervision"to gradually realize standardized management of health technology naming and lay a foundation for popularization and application.Methods Through the analysis of the status quo of the naming of health technologies domestic and abroad,the problems in the naming of technologies were discovered,and the methods and systems for naming health technologies were explored and summarized.Result Put forward six major health technology naming elements in health technology,including medical category,role object,scope and human body system,technical media,role purpose,and technical form,and arrange and combine them to form a six-element naming structure system of health health technology.Conclusion Researching and summarizing the results of standardized naming is of great significance for realizing standardized naming of health technologies,strengthening precise identification,correct use,and supervision and management of technologies.
