摘要
建立了罗布麻叶传统汤剂的HPLC指纹图谱,并对其与配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱相关性进行了评价。采用Kromasil 1005 C_(18),250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm的色谱柱,以2 g/L H_(3)PO_(4)乙腈溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为360 nm,柱温40℃,流速1.0 mL/min,进样体积10μL。结果显示:罗布麻叶传统汤剂和配方颗粒指纹图谱均有7个共有特征峰,呈良好的相关性,在7个共有峰中鉴定出金丝桃苷、槲皮苷等成分。罗布麻叶配方颗粒与传统汤剂相比,主要成分基本相同,故该HPLC指纹图谱方法可用于罗布麻叶配方颗粒的生产过程的质量控制。
We used HPLC fingerprint on Apocynum venetum leaves traditional decotion with formula granules.The chromatographic separation was carried out on a Kromasil 100-5-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)by using with 2 g/L phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile as mobile phases that were eluted with gradient.The detection wavelength was set at 360 nm.The column temperature was 40℃and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The injection volume was 10μL.There were seven common characteristic peaks that presented a good correlation in all fingerprint spectrum of Apocynum venetum leaves formula granules and traditional decotion.In the seven common characteristic peaks,two of them were distinguished as hyperoside,quercetin respectively.The main chemical constituents of Apocynum venetum leaves formula granules and traditional decotion,were basically identical.So the HPLC fingerprint method can be used for the total quality control of Apocynum venetum leaves formula granules.
