摘要
近年来,随着电力市场化的深入改革,电力企业既要满足人们生产生活的需要,又要维护社会的安全用电,同时也要创造经济效益。但电力系统扰动、计量装置故障、人为窃电等因素造成电能计量装置异常,引起电力部门承受较大的经济损失。介绍了三相三线专变客户电能计量原理及其故障类型,通过分析故障特性对专变三相三线计量装置异常信息设计判断规则,精准定位故障,缩短故障发现时间,提高了运维效率,减少电量的追补,同时结合实际中的应用举例验证其判断规则的准确性。10 kV专变计量PT故障(全失压)判断与研究,将10 kV专变计量PT故障与现场高压设备停电、终端离线进行区分,为现场对专变计量PT故障盲点运维提供技术支持。
With the in-depth reform of electricity marketization,power companies must not only meet the needs of people's production and life,but also maintain the safe use of electricity in society,while also creating economic benefits.Factors such as power system disturbances,metering device failures,and man-made power theft have caused abnormal power metering devices,causing the power sector to bear greater economic losses.The principle of three-phase three-wire special transformer customer electric energy metering and its fault types were introduced.Through the analysis of fault characteristics,the design and judgment rules for abnormal information of the three-phase three-wire metering device of special transformer were used to accurately locate the fault,shorten the time for fault discovery,improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance,and reduce the electric quantity supplemented,and the accuracy of its judgment rules was verified by combining practical application examples.The judgment and research of 10 kV special transformer metering PT failure(full loss of voltage)were mentioned,which was the first time that 10 kV special transformer metering PT failure distinguished from on-site high-voltage equipment power failure and terminal offline,providing technology for the blind spot operation and maintenance of special transformer metering PT failure stand by.
