摘要
半径三角仪依据卧式金属罐检定规程设计用于测量金属罐曲线体半径,本文针对半径三角仪主测量尺示值误差与两测角对称性误差的计量需求提出了一种校准方案,给出具体校准方法,同时对主测量尺示值误差校准进行了不确定度分析,并给出了不确定度评定结果。
According to the verification regulation of horizontal metal tank,the radius triangle gage is designed to measure the radius of curve body of metal tank.Aiming at the measurement requirements of indication error of main measuring ruler and symmetry error of two measuring angles of radius trigonometer,this paper puts forward a calibration scheme,gives the specific calibration method,analyzes the uncertainty of indication error calibration of main measuring ruler,and gives the uncertainty evaluation result.
