持续缓慢低效血液透析对透析中顽固性低血压患者稳定性的临床分析 被引量:2

Clinical Analysis of Continuous Slow and Low-efficiency Hemodialysis on the Stability of Patients with Refractory Hypotension During Dialysis

摘要 目的研究与分析持续缓慢低效血液透析对透析中顽固性低血压患者稳定性的临床效果。方法选取该院2018年7月—2020年12月60例血液透析患者为研究对象,其中正常血压20例,为A组;40例患者均为低血压患者,随机分为两组。B组:低血压持续缓慢低效血液透析(sustained low efficiency dialysis,SLED)治疗患者20例;C组:低血压间歇性血液透析(intermittent hemodialysis, IHD)治疗20例。比较3组的治疗效果。结果 A组患者血透后T5平均动脉压(MAP)为(89.79±8.41)mmHg,B组为(84.55±8.45)mmHg,C组为(53.55±5.55) mmHg,组间差异有统计学意义(F=12.343,P<0.001)。结论对于顽固性低血压血液透析患者,持续缓慢低效血液透析模式更稳定。 Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of continuous slow low-efficiency hemodialysis on the stability of patients with refractory hypotension during dialysis.Methods From July 2018 to December 2020,60 hemodialysis patients in this hospital were selected as the research objects,including 20 patients with normal blood pressure,belonging to group A;40 patients were all hypotensive patients,and were randomly divided into two groups.Group B:20 patients treated with sustained low efficiency dialysis(SLED)for low blood pressure.Group C:20 patients treated with intermittent hemodialysis(IHD)for low blood pressure.Compared the treatment effects of the 3 groups.Results The mean arterial pressure(MAP)of T5 after hemodialysis in group A was(89.79±8.41)mmHg,group B was(84.55±8.45)mmHg,and group C was(53.55±5.55)mmHg.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(F=12.343,P<0.001).Conclusion For patients with refractory hypotension hemodialysis,the continuous slow and low-efficiency hemodialysis mode is more stable.
