摘要
神经心理学测试因其专业性、复杂性、主观报告偏差、横断面评定等特征,限制了其应用范围及精准性。认知功能需从更高水平的生态效度上实时评估与动态监测,才能为认知障碍人群的早期识别与护理介入提供更为全面的信息。该文在护理信息化的背景下,综述了认知功能信息化评估与监测技术的研究进展,包括信息化认知评估与监测技术的种类、应用优势及缺陷以及未来发展方向等,并阐述该类技术对护理实践的指导意义,以期为护理信息化实践和护理信息化研究提供参考。
The professionalization,complexity,subjective reporting bias,cross-sectional assessment characteristics might limit the application and accuracy of neuropsychological testing.In order to provide more comprehensive in-formation for early detection and nursing intervention of individuals with cognitive impairment,cognitive function needs real-time and dynamic evaluation and monitoring in a higher level of ecological validity.Based on the back-ground of nursing informatization,this study reviewed some information technologies of evaluation and monitoring for cognitive function,including types,advantages/disadvantages and studies in the future,and elaborated the guiding significance of this kind of technology to nursing practice,so as to provide references for the practice and research of nursing informatization.
