高铁隧道穿越富水软弱破碎区综合地质预报及治水技术 被引量:6

Comprehensive Geological Prediction and Water Control Technology of Tunnel Passing Through Water-rich Weak and Broken Zone on High-speed Railway

摘要 富水软弱断层破碎带隧道施工易发生塌方、突水和涌泥等地质灾害。依托碧峰寺隧道通过F6富水软弱断层区域为工程背景,分析了基于弹性波反射法、探地雷达、掌子面地质素描、超前水平钻探以及加深炮孔探测等多种地质探测手段的综合超前地质预报解译结果,精细化地表征了断层破碎带的实际赋存状态及富水条件;由此提出采用一种由超前帷幕注浆、双层小导管注浆、辅助长管棚注浆以及有效防排水措施组成的富水断层破碎带综合治水技术;利用压力(P)-流量(Q)-时间(T)曲线、加固体性质试验以及孔内成像等方法加以验证综合注浆堵水效果。结果表明:这种综合治水技术注浆堵水效果较好,有效控制了隧道穿越富水软弱破碎区施工时涌水的发生,保证了隧道安全高效通过富水断层破碎带,能为相似工程案例提供技术参考。 Geological disasters such as collapse,water inrush and mud inrush are prone to occur in tunneling with the waterrich fault fracture zone.In this paper,taking the Bifengsi Tunnel crossing F6 water-rich fault area as an example,the interpretation results of comprehensive advanced geological forecast based on multiple geological exploration methods(i.e.,tunnel seismic prediction(TSP),ground penetrating radar,geological sketch of the tunnel face,advanced horizontal drilling and deepened blasthole detection)are analyzed,which may accurately and finely characterize the actual occurrence and water-rich conditions of the fault fracture zone.Therefore,a comprehensive water control technology consisting of advanced curtain grouting,double-layer small ducts,auxiliary long tubular shanty grout injection,and effective water-proof and drainage measures is proposed.Some methods such as PQT curves,consolidation property tests and hole imaging are used to verify the effect of comprehensive grouting water plugging.The results indicate that this comprehensive water control technology exhibits good grouting water blocking effect and effectively controls the occurrence of water inrush when the tunnel passes through the water-rich weak and broken zone,which ensures that the tunnel safely and efficiently crosses the water-rich fault fracture zone,and can provide technical reference for similar engineering cases.
