摘要
目的分析乳腺癌改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的效果和术中出血量。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月接收的乳腺癌(48例)患者。选择“随机数表法”完成小组分配,分为参照组(n=24,执行传统根治术)、分析组(n=24,执行乳腺癌改良根治术)。对比两组的局部复发率与术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、美容优良率。结果分析组术后1年、2年局部复发率4.16%、4.16%均少于参照组,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.091、3.048,P>0.05);分析组的术中出血量(288.0±29.9)mL、手术时间(170.4±20.5)min及住院时间(12.4±1.3)d少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.126、4.617、15.230,P<0.05);分析组的美容优良率95.83%大于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.400,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌选择实施改良根治术的效果与传统根治术效果比较,改良根治术的术中出血量控制更为理想、手术时间及住院时间也更短,术后局部复发率低,美容优良率更高。
Objective To analyze the effect of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer and the amount of intraoperative blood loss.Methods conveniently Selected the breast cancer patients(48 cases)accepted by the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 Selected the"random number table method"to complete the group assignment,including the reference group(n=24,performing traditional radical mastectomy)and the analysis group(n=24,performing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer).The local recurrence rate of each group was compared with intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time,and beauty excellent rate.Results The local recurrence rates of 4.16%and 4.16%in the analysis group were lower than those in the reference group(χ^(2)=1.091,3.048,P>0.05)at 1 and 2 years after operation;the intraoperative blood loss in the analysis group was(288.0±29.9)mL,the operation time(170.4±20.5)min and the hospital stay(12.4±1.3)d were less than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.126,4.617,15.230,P<0.05);the cosmetic excellent and good rate of the analysis group was 95.83%greater than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.400,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer is compared with that of traditional radical mastectomy.Modified radical mastectomy has better control of intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time and hospital stay,lower postoperative local recurrence rate,and higher cosmetic excellent rate.
