摘要
随着疾病证型、症状有复杂化趋势的出现,此文以中医理论及诊病技术为基础提出方术繁方的概念,其主要理论特点是通过对疾病的病因、证型所表现的症状多样性与中药功效多样性的相关性进行探讨,在整体观念、辨证论治的基础上将中医组方配伍过程概括成全症配伍、药症合象、避毒选和等共五种方法,结合多味小量配伍方式提出中医方术五法繁方的概念,以药症合象为起点将中药的多效性和中医临床的多症状性进行结合,以期为临床诊断疾病探索一种具体的、易于实际处方的方剂配伍新模式。
As the disease syndrome,symptoms are complicated,in this paper,based on the theory of TCM and adjust technology put forward the concept of complex religious prescription,its main theoretical characteristics is based on the cause of disease,syndrome type of symptom diversity and the correlation of Chinese medicine efficacy attending diversity were discussed,on the basis of the overall concept,syndrome differentiation treatment of TCM formula compatibility process fulfill compatibility of disease,drugs like,gas-protection selected and a total of five kinds of methods,such as,the magic of traditional Chinese medicine five put forward with the combination of many kinds of small compatibility mode method of complex concept in medicine disease and as starting point to the multiple effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine in combination with the more symptomatic of clinical. The aim is to explore a new mode of prescription compatibility for clinical diagnosis of diseases.
