摘要
区块链基于密码技术、分布式计算和链式数据结构构建了分布式账本,提供在弱中心/多中心下的账本共识信任基点,以密码学方式保证链上数据的不可篡改和不可伪造。本文基于互联网诉讼模式需求背景下,以北京互联网法院天平链为例,探索区块链技术在司法领域的应用机制与路径。
Blockchain is an emerging technology based on cryptography,distributed computing and chained data structure.By building a distributed ledger,it provides consensus and trusted key-nodes under a weak center/multi-center environment while ensuring that its chained data cannot be tampered or forged.Combined with the demand of Internet litigation mode,this paper takes Beijing Internet Court as an example,to explore a mature mechanism for the technology application in th e judicial field.
