摘要
针对某型多用工程车液压系统故障模糊性强的特点,该文利用T-S模糊理论和故障树分析理论构建基于T-S模糊理论的故障树分析方法,根据专家经验确定部件故障可能性或部件模糊故障程度,对T-S故障树模型进行相应的分析。结果表明:基于T-S模糊理论的故障树分析方法能够有效克服传统故障树分析法的缺点,适合某型多用工程车液压系统故障诊断。
In view of a certain multi-purpose vehicle hydraulic system fault fuzzy strong characteristics,based on t-s fuzzy theory and the theory of fault tree analysis to build based on the theory of the t-s fuzzy fault tree analysis method,according to the experience of the experts to determine parts fault,fault possibility or components of t-s fault tree model for the corresponding analysis.The results show that the fault tree analysis method based on T-S fuzzy theory can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional fault tree analysis method and diagnose the hydraulic system fault of a multi-purpose engineering vehicle.
