摘要
笔者基于Labview利用SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC结合传感器技术、网络串口通信、计算机视觉等技术,实现了在某型号发动机测试过程中对试验平台的试验状态进行实时监测。该系统能够在线监测热平台内各个管道中的压力、温度、流速等各种参数并通过摄像机录制高速信息画面,也可以实现对PLC的远程参数输入与控制等功能。
Based on Labview,the author uses SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC combined with sensor technology,network serial communication,computer vision and other technologies to realize real-time monitoring of the test status of the test platform during the test of a certain type of engine.The system can monitor various parameters such as pressure,temperature,and flow rate in each pipeline in the thermal platform online and record high-speed information pictures through the camera.It can also realize functions such as remote parameter input and control to the PLC.
